New Project:

ActivePresenter interface having three options,

Open a Project: Make a Changes in saved projects or Previous projects.
New Capture: Enter title of your project before going recording videos.
New Project: New Project Means, You have different options like Record your screen, Start a blank project, Import PowerPoint Project and start an Image Project.

When you start capture, First enter title of the video and you have different options like

Recore Full motion video for the demonstration with high quality.
Record movie or streaming videos with high-quality frame rate.
Create slide-based training materials with Auto Full Motion Recording.
Smart Capture without Auto Full Motion Recording.

Depending upon your project choose any one option and finally click on OK to record your Screen.


When to click on OK, find popup screen to choose video and audio formats.

Choose a Full screen or customize screen resolution. Audio Input, Choose Audio Input devices like None or microphone, Check your volume status and choose option Record System Audio.

Just, Click on the red button to record your screen.

If your video is completed, Then click CTRL + END.

Now you can use Editing tools like, Text options, Interactions (Mouse click, Keystroke, Text box, Mouse over, Drop Area, Rating scale, button), Annotations (Text box, Spotlight, CC, Cursor path...etc).

Its time to export video in different formats like, Image, Video Formats(MKV ,WMV,  Mp4, AVI...etc), HTML 5 Simulation, PDF Document, HTML Slide Show...etc.

Choose your export format and the quality, finally click on the export button to make a Video. So, Now you can upload your video into Streaming, Social media...etc.

Dropbox:

At the middle you find a list of files those files are already uploaded in Dropbox. You find some links on top.

Upload:   Now we start uploading files into dropbox. Click on upload tab at the top, choose your files and start uploading into dropbox. When you right click on uploaded file display a different options like download, rename, move,copy, Share ...etc.

New folder:   New folder tab found at the top. When you click on Tab you can create a folder and upload files into folder.

Share and Delete:  You can share your files with your friends and Team members and you delete unused files from drop box.

When your friends sharing a files with you you got a natification and Click on your account you found a account information like Edit profile ,Settings and How much storage you can used...etc

Left Sidebar:

Dropbox|MAkeEAsy

Click on the Recents at top of the Left sidebar it will displays recent uploaded files.

When you click on the files tab it will displays all your files.

You find a Team in left sidebar. You can create a new team (or) share files with your existing team members.

Paper is a tool for creating a notes, Docs, tables...just like a Google Docs.

You can also upload youe photos. You can also find a sharing tab in left side bar to share your files with friends and team members.

You can also create a links to one folder to another and share with the team members.

Recently uploaded files displayed at events. You can also invite the people to upload files without having any Dropbox Account.

If you deleted any files those files are stored in Trash (or) Deleted files and Those are permanently deleted after 30 days.

If you have more than one Evernote accounts are displayed when your are click on your Evernote username.

After Completing of your Notes Share with your friends (or) Team member click on the Share tab at Navigation bar.

After completion of your Note to share with the individual persons. Click on Share tab at Top of the right corner in Note navigation bar.

Enter names or Email of your friends and colleges. Choose the permissions in this case select only view,only edit (or) both. Finally Type a message and Share your notes with team members.
