How to use Evernote

Evernote is the Work Space for creating Notes,Presentations and share with your friends. Evernote is Free up to some basic features and you can update any time plus and premium plans. Share your Ideas and Presentation with work chat without closing your note. Let me show you how to start writing on Evernote.

Step 1:


If you new to the Evernote register your account.If you have an account sign in into the Evernote.

Step 2:


If you have more than one Evernote accounts are displayed when your are click on your Evernote username.

Step 3:


Evernote Navigation bar you find New Note. When you click on the new note opens a Work Space for your Note.Write your personal and business information on the note.

Step 4:


Start your New note. Choose a title for your note and write agenda for your note.You can also use different font styles,font size,numbered list, bulleted list and check boxes.

Step 5:


Place your documents in Evernote(drag and drop (or) Select Attachments ) and create a tables for your content.

Step 6:


Evernote having built in audio recording function to record your voice and share with your friends.

Step 7:


You can enter tags for your Note. It is very helpful when you are search your Notes.

Step 8:


Set a Reminder for your Note simply click on the Reminder Tab.

Step 9:

After Completing of your Notes Share with your friends (or) Team member click on the Share tab at Navigation bar.

Step 10:


After completion of your Note to share with the individual persons. Click on Share tab at Top of the right corner in Note navigation bar.
Enter names or Email of your friends and colleges. Choose the permissions in this case select only view,only edit (or) both. Finally Type a message and Share your notes with team members.
